There's something special about pulling a tray of fresh homemade hamburger buns out of the oven. Soft, fluffy, and golden brown, they take burgers, pulled pork, sloppy joes, and sandwiches to a whole new level! I recently tried the Homemade Hamburger Buns recipe from Allrecipes, and they turned out amazing! 📝 Ingredients:• 1 cup warm water• 3 tablespoons warm milk• 2 teaspoons active dry yeast• 2½ tablespoons white sugar• 1 large egg• 3 cups bread flour• ⅓ cup all-purpose flour• 1½ teaspoons salt• 2½ tablespoons butter, softened 👩‍🍳 Directions:1️⃣ Combine warm water, milk, yeast, and sugar. Let stand until foamy.2️⃣ Mix in egg, bread flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and butter.3️⃣ Knead until smooth and elastic.4️⃣ Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).5️⃣ Divide into 8 pieces and shape into buns.6️⃣ Place on a baking sheet, flatten slightly, cover, and let rise again until puffy.7️⃣ Brush with egg wash if desired.8️⃣ Bake at 375°F for 15-18 minutes or until beautifully golden brown. ✨ The result?
