We carry old hurts, disappointments, grief, self-doubt, and stories that still ache when we think about them. Today, I invite you to place your hand on your heart and ask: 💜 What part of me is asking for love, compassion, and healing today? There is no need to rush your journey. Healing is not a race. Every small step matters. I just wanted to pop in and let you all know why I've been a little quiet over the past few days. I've been fighting off a physical infection, and it's really knocked my energy around. When my body is working so hard to heal, I find my spiritual energy also takes a back seat. I simply haven't been firing on all cylinders, and I knew the kindest thing I could do was give myself permission to rest and recover. I'm happy to say I'm starting to feel much more like myself again and am looking forward to reconnecting with you all. Thank you for your patience while I took the time I needed to heal.
