As a neuroscience NLP and Child and Youth Care Worker, I've spent my devotion in helping those who experience extreme anxiety, panic attacks from young to older, to overcome and stimulate you to your normal level of engagement. This music lowers your heart rate so that you can get back to being productive, relaxed, calm, and focused. Your reaction to stimuli in the brainwaves will no longer hijack your focus.
