🌿 Tune-In Tuesday
Today feels like a continuation of what I realised I needed this week…
Yesterday was very much an action day.
Resetting the house, clearing space, getting things back into some kind of order.
And today I’m just tuning into that a little more.
---
I’ve realised how much I needed to reset my environment.
To declutter.
To clean.
To make things feel a bit more aligned again.
---
But something I noticed last night…
I didn’t have the energy for anything mental.
So instead of trying to push through, I just focused on the physical side of things and left the rest.
---
And today, what I feel like I need is to create some space mentally.
So I’ll be doing a gentle admin reset…
going through what’s been sitting in my mind, figuring out what actually needs my attention this week, and what can wait.
Nothing heavy. Just enough to feel clearer.
---
I’ve brought my summer clothes down from the loft, and at some point this week I’ll start shifting things over… lighter colours, brighter pieces, just a change in energy.
And it feels like more than just sorting clothes.
It feels like a bit of a reset.
---
There’s also a deeper layer to all of this at the moment…
We’re wanting to move home.
And I think that’s why I’ve been feeling so called to care for the space we’re in right now.
For me, it’s about appreciating what we have…
while also opening up space, physically and mentally, for what’s next.
---
Nothing big today.
Just tuning into what feels right, and letting that guide me.
---
If you take a moment today…
Just gently check in with yourself:
What do you need today?
And…
Is it something physical, or something mental that needs your attention right now?
---
Let that guide you šŸ¤
