There is no where that we will spend more time in our lives than within our own bodies. Therefore, developing them into powerful, resilient, and enjoyable places to be provides lifelong return on investment. I firmly believe that taking pride in our health, and voluntarily subjecting ourselves to physical challenge is one of the best ways to do that.
The aim of this group is to provide an online space for the [em]power community to link up, learn, and grow! There will be routine postings related to training topics, specific exercise demonstrations, strategies for optimizing nutrition, and a healthy recipe portfolio. Once a month, one of my current training clients will be highlighted for their efforts and to provide some insight into the unique individuals I get to work with. I encourage you to as questions, get involved in conversation, and aid me in providing you the most value I can through this platform.
