Your intuition isn’t just about feelings…

It’s also about what you can sense without physical proof.

Let’s play a quick game to activate it 👇

🔮 The Exercise: “Energy in My Hand”

Close your eyes for a moment.

Take a breath.

Now imagine I’m holding an object in my hand. See the hand or just know it’s there. Feel into what it is or a lack your angels or guides to give you the answer.. feel into it.

Don’t overthink it — just notice what comes up first.

Be open to anything you receive.

Ask yourself:

👉 Is it something soft or hard?

👉 Is it light or heavy?

👉 Is it natural (from earth) or man-made?

👉 What color flashes in your mind first?

Let your mind guess — that’s actually your intuition starting to speak.
