Intuition Practice: Sensing the Image on the Card
Close your eyes. Take a few slow breaths and let your body relax. Bring your energy back to yourself and become present. Connect with the breath and the body. Now set the intention to connect with the card. Ask quietly in your mind, ‘What image is on this card?’ Notice the first thing you receive. It might come as a picture, a color, a shape, a feeling, a word, or just a quick knowing. Don’t overthink it. Trust the first impression. When you have your guess, write it down in the comments. I’ll post the correct answer later today. Or tomorrow ***Whether you got it right or not, take a moment to notice how the information came to you. (Mindfulness) ***Important reminder for students: This is not about being perfect. This is about practicing trust, noticing your first impression, and learning how your intuition speaks to you.

We are all on the same journey yet no one’s journey will look like ours. We should not assume our way is the only right way. - When giving any advice from spirit it should be with evidence the sitter can validate first, so it does not come across as your opinion. - Speak from your own experience (“I feel…” vs. “You should…”) → This is a space for empowerment, not correction 🔮 3. No Fear-Based or Disempowering Readings This is a growth-focused and ethical spiritual space. - No predicting death, illness, or harmful events - No deterministic or absolute statements - No using astrology, tarot, or intuition to create fear and when we feel someone is going through something hard we always bring through solutions or help with the problem. So we would never say it looks like you’re going to struggle in relationships without also adding, but here’s what you can do about it that will help. → “The chart is information, not authority.” 🪞 4. Honor the Mirror Principle (this one is huge!!!!) What you feel triggered by may be an opportunity for reflection. - Take responsibility for your reactions - Pause before responding from emotion - Use triggers as invitations for growth. If someone is doing something that is really annoying you or setting you off it’s usually because this is a part of you that you are rejecting. So when you’re feeling intense emotions from somebody else or because of somebody else’s behavior, spin that around and take that advice yourself with an open mind. In this work, we’re gonna get Clients and readings matching the same energy and problems that we are going through. Every reading you do for other others, is also a reading for you.

@Trish Doughtery You already know. Don’t judge yourself too harshly. It’s all part of the lovely human experience we signed up for hahaha try micro commitments at first. I’m going to meditate for 3 min a day. Just focus on the breath and when your mind wanders… cause it will and its normal, just bringing the focus back to the breath without judgement. With love and compassion for your experience. I hen we stop judging and live from the heart it can be a bit easier. It will happen 🥰

@Holly Key this is so important with this work. You will be guided through this each week during the course (you can find it week 1 and the past coaching calls in the classroom tab) each week builds upon the last, so take your time practicing each week. You will get really into it in the Akashic records section and a little in the meditation section. I work with people to release trauma privately if your ever feeling like you need more then your getting from the course.
