Mindfulness helps us tune into the subtle energies. The subtle shifts. Spirit is all around us… we just have to get still or quiet enough to hear.
Over the next 30 days I’ll post a mindful practice daily so we can get into the habit of living mindfully. I promise if you do this challenge… you will start to notice spirit is already there.
