I created this community because I don't believe people should have to choose between fertility treatment and tending to their heart and soul along the way.
You can honor the science and listen to your body.
You can work with your fertility team and stay connected to yourself.
You can feel anything - scared, angry, hopeful, exhausted, grateful, resentful, excited (or all of it at once).
My unique approach as a holistic fertility guide weaves together my work as a certified somatic practitioner, my 15+ years as a board-certified genetic counselor, and my experience navigating IVF to have my two daughters.
