Building a brand from zero (question)
Hey everyone, quick question for the pros here.
When you first started building your own brand in dropshipping, how did you approach it?
Did you start lean — building a branded website to make it look like a real brand, selling without custom packaging or logo, testing the market and generating cash flow first, while hoping customers wouldn’t realize it’s the same product sold by hundreds of other sellers?
Or did you go all in from day one — full ODM/OEM, custom packaging, labeling, and logo before launch?
I’m curious because I see a lot of people just copy pasting products without solving a real problem or adding real value… and I’m wondering what actually worked for you when building a brand people trust.
Would love to hear your experiences and the solutions you found to stand out from the avg crowd.

If you’re tired of pretending you’re scaling, this is for you. We build systems. Not temporary wins. For founders tired of fragile growth.
