What Is a Starseed, Really?
Most people reduce the starseed idea to a list of personality traits: You’re sensitive. You stare at the stars. You feel different. Therefore… alien soul. But that version of the concept is incomplete — and often harmful. In this video I explain what a starseed actually is within modern metaphysical systems, where the different origin stories come from, the traits that show up repeatedly, and how to explore this identity without using it to escape your life on Earth. You’ll learn the three-part framework (Origin → Soul History → Mission), why mission is the part almost everyone skips, and the simple test that separates a useful spiritual tool from spiritual bypassing. This is not about proving you’re from another star system. It’s about what the belief helps you understand about how to live here and now.
