I rejoined because I remembered the content being valuable, but a large portion of the classroom videos would not play. I messaged and texted the designated admin, contacted several other admins, posted publicly, and opened a formal support ticket. Another member reported the same issue. I eventually got a vague “we’re working on it” comment, but no direct support response or timeline. I paid $97 for recorded content I still can’t access.
