Dispute History where I get that and how to ask I never asked for something this before

How do I dispute negative accounts on my innovis report before I start disputing with the big three

For the AU trade lines that price for all the trade lines being posted at one time?

I have my dispute history letters ready to go out and now setting up for charge off discovery letters. Does anyone know where those can be found? (There are no letters within the charge off tab in the classroom)
