As we move through the summer, I want to make sure I am managing each player’s workload appropriately and adjusting training intensity based on what they are currently doing with their teams.

The goal is to help me better manage player workload and determine the appropriate level of conditioning, speed, agility, strength, and fitness work we incorporate into our sessions throughout the summer.
