We’re kicking off a 7-day challenge to build awareness, discipline, and consistency around nutrition. This is not about being perfect. It’s about seeing patterns and tightening things up.
What to do (non-negotiable):
- Download MyFitnessPal or another FREE macro-tracking app on your phone
- Input your current bodyweight
- Let the app auto-set your macros
- Do NOT try to lose or gain weight yet. Maintain.
- Focus on hitting your protein goal daily
Every day for 7 days:
📸 Upload a screenshot of your daily food log to the Community tab
I’ll review them and keep you accountable.
Why we’re doing this:
- Identify bad habits
- Spot under-fueling or missed protein
- Build awareness before we make adjustments
How to track food:
- Use a food scale, nutrition labels, or both
- Log everything honestly

Mine was from a rest day. Lower carbs and fats because I wasn’t training. That’s normal.
If you’re working out, yours should show more carbs.
This challenge only works if you actually do it.
Miss days = you’re wasting your own time.
