I've always had in my mind, the group was formed to help you optimize your sales performance, but not sure I've been clear to exactly what that meant. What do I mean by optimizing performance? In short, it’s all about your resilience. It’s the ability to bounce back quickly after facing a brutal "no" or rejection. It’s about thinking more clearly, making better decisions, handling stressful situation, and eliminating that negative self-talk that creeps in after a setback.
You've probably read the books, attended the seminars, and soaked in all the "mechanical" training, just like I have. But here's the truth: if your inner dialogue is telling you that you're bad at closing, those trainings won't have the impact you hope for.
