i expand then have to contract; address the needs of the group

what is the goal for your comm?
what would 1000 members feel like?
if 20% are active then 200 active ppl posting and commenting? that would be nuts
what would they want to talk about? what is their goal?
is it business or just to have a fun friendly place to hangout? both?
