What I’d Tell Every New Entrepreneur in Their First Year
EBE family, this is a message I wish someone had drilled into me early on:
Slow down just enough to build correctly.
In your first year, it’s easy to feel pressure to move fast—make money, launch offers, prove yourself. But speed without structure creates stress and setbacks.
Here’s what really matters:
  • Focus on foundation over speed
  • Build credibility early by being clear, consistent, and ethical
  • Avoid shortcuts that create long-term problems
When your foundation is solid, everything else gets easier—clients, growth, confidence, and income.
This community is about building businesses that last, not just hustling for quick wins.
💬 Question for the group:What’s one thing you wish you had done differently in your first year of business—or something you’re intentionally doing right this time?
