Hi everyone — I’m Saad.
I’m an engineer turned Operations Management Consultant with 9+ years of experience building systems, streamlining workflows, and scaling operations for startups, agencies, and growing businesses across multiple countries.
Having worked in the SaaS/Ed-tech space in Pakistan for 7 years, I started freelancing two years ago and recently became a Top Rated Plus freelancer on Upwork, working on high-impact projects focused on automation, process design, and operational efficiency.
