Welcome! 👋 Here's the roundup of 'all the things' in one place for you...comment and throw a "like" below to let us know you've seen this. 💡Who are we? We are a dynamic mastermind and book club community for women who are focused on personal growth and empowerment. While many of our members are moms & business owners, it’s not a requirement to join! This is a space for women who want to connect, reflect, and take deliberate action toward their goals while supporting each other along the way. Here, you can find women in all walks and stages of life. Many of us are service/community-based business owners (and those with a desire to be in business!), operating solo or with small teams, and always optimistic, encouraging, and ready to help elevate those around us. If you're passionate about learning, growing, and taking action—this is the place for you! 🤝 Ways to engage: 1- 📗Book Buzz! Dive into the book of the month! Start a post or respond to someone else's questions. It's okay if you haven't read the whole thing. We've learned that there is always something to learn when we lean into one another. 2- 🎉 Celebrate Your Wins! We love to celebrate together, and science says it's a differentiator for highly successful people. Scoot on over to 3- 💡BOUNCE | Thoughts & Ideas! Share an idea on Bounce...Whether you’re stuck deciding between two logos, finalizing a flyer, proofreading a website, or just need a fresh set of eyes, this is the place to post your ideas and get helpful input. 🤖 New Here? Welcome!! 1- First things first, introduce yourself! 🎉 Create a new post in 🤝Introduce Yourself channel to share a bit about who you are—can’t wait to get to know you better! Read about 3 other members and comment on their introductions.

The Summer Slowdown
@Radell Peischler and I had a little coffee together this morning and chatted about life and our lovely group. We are enjoying the summer slowdown and want to carry this on...Here's a quick update: 📖 Continue to read Pioneers. It's great storytelling and also takes a little more time (I'm finding at least) to read it thoughtfully. There are so many useful nuggets and beautiful stories and I'm only on Chapter 3. 🎉 I connected with the author on LinkedIn and she offered to come join us for one of our zoom chats. Eeek....so exciting! This feels big! ⏯️We are going to pause our weekly zoom chats until end of July. In the meantime, some of those local are going to get coffee or lunch. And of course, keep posting, reach out to each other to continue those relationships and supporting one another like we do! 👉🏽👉🏽👉🏽 And finally...the big news: We have decided to launch this group and open up to 10 more amazing ladies to join the group. If you know of anyone who is interested, feel free to share this link with more info. We will open the doors until July 31st and relaunch Aug 1st.

VOTE for June’s Book!
Let’s decide in the comments below which book to read by Friday, May 30! Should we read #1 or #2? Book #1- Another Way: Building Comapnies that Last and Last and Last by Dave Wharton - Whorton went on a journey to find a better way to build companies, a way focused on long-term stability and steady growth, funded through profitability; a way in which leaders were committed to a purpose beyond personal wealth generation, to putting their people first, and to setting up their companies to endure. He calls these companies "Evergreen." Another Way combines Whorton's inspiring story with his Evergreen 7Ps framework, designed to guide more entrepreneurs and business leaders to follow his path. Book #2: Pioneers: 8 Principles of Business Longevity from Immigrant Entrepreneurs Book by Neri Karra How can we explain why immigrants, who often begin their entrepreneurial journeys with very limited resources, enjoy such success? And what can we all learn from them about building businesses that last? In my new book, Pioneers: 8 Principles of Business Longevity from Immigrant Entrepreneurs, I set out to explore those questions by engaging with the stories of some of the world’s most successful people. The answers surprised me. Immigrant entrepreneurs don’t follow the rules when it comes to building businesses; but they enjoy remarkable success by acting as cross-cultural bridges, forging connections based on shared values, acting with kindness, prioritizing sustainability, and focusing on building legacies that transcend profit.
