Happy day 3: today’s prompt: 🫶🏻 What felt like rebellion in me today? This is so unique to you, so it doesn’t have to be a big, loud, or burn-it-all-down rebellion. Sometimes it’s as simple as saying the no we swallowed yesterday, resting when you “should” be doing something else, or letting yourself be seen without the damn mask. Maybe rebellion is choosing you, when you normally wouldn’t have! This is one of the bravest things you can do. Leaning into those tiny sparks of rebellion, especially when it feels messy or scary.
