I built Eight Minutes XP because I needed it and it didn't exist.
Executive Pastors carry decisions that most people around them can't fully understand: staffing, boards, budgets, growth, and the hard moments no one talks about. I've been in all of it, including navigating a lead pastor's moral failure and restoration.
