I'm sorry I've been absent — when the energy is big in the macro, we can always trust there will be micro rumblings asking for our attention too.

You may not know… I broke my foot 8 weeks ago.Something so small and “insignificant” has truly put me on my ass — and at the most inconvenient timing.(The universe whispers: the timing is always divine, Jess.)

My one-year-old decided to start walking the exact same week.

And then this week… just as I thought I had the rhythm, life threw a little extra:more swelling, more symptoms, which meant ultrasounds, a CT scan, and now… waiting on those results.

Oh — and because Mercury must be giggling somewhere — on Monday my Samsung Flip’s screen cracked completely out ofno where. So it’s also in for repairs. Surrender has been the theme.

If I was mentoring myself, I’d say something like:“You feeling into these edges while being this challenged — and still showing up — is how you grow.”

Well… I’m holding hope that my growth is beyond my waistline, and that everything I’ve had to sit with is cultivating the exact capacity required for the incredible space-holding coming as we wind up the year and move into 2026.
