Our AI focus for 2026 (master coach + $9m educational creator)
Lara and I sat down to talk about what we think is coming for coaches, educators, and online business owners this year.
We ended up going way deeper than planned 😅
A few things we get into:
→ The skills we think are actually worth developing right now (vs the ones that feel productive but probably aren't)
→ Why I walked away from a program that made me over $1M (and what I'm betting on instead)
→ What we learned running our AI certification that honestly scared us a little
→ The mental and emotional rollercoaster of trying to keep up with all of this (I share about feeling like a stone in a washing machine for 6 months when I first went deep)
→ Where we think trust and community fit into everything that's changing
We're not pretending to have all the answers. But we are paying very close attention and wanted to share what we're seeing.
