✳️ Starting out on Skool, here's how you can use the public community
It's so easy to start. If you get the $9 Skool Hobby plan, and switch the community to public, it's like having:
- A blog that is searchable by Google and AI etc.
- A comment section where people can ask questions and get answers
- You can use it as a Patreon (especially good when we get subscriptions soon)
- A newsletter (every 72 hours you can send an email to all your members)
- You can do webinars for your members (soon natively)
- You can have your offer in the classroom and use it as a payment processor
- It will auto-send invoices to your clients
- It takes care of all the taxes etc. (you just get 4 reverse invoices a month)
- You can host your videos securely
- No ads, no algorithms
- A public calendar with all the new events you provide
- A map to help your members connect
This is good because you can start and have fun without having members, and then Skool will grow with you (and your member count)
