Bigger Circles vs Smaller Circles
Any movement —in this case, circles— when you want to perform it at a higher speed, can be achieved by reducing the size of the movement while increasing strength and control. A bigger circle is usually done when the music is slower, since the range of motion is wider, as shown in the video. If you want to do it faster, the circle becomes smaller, more concentrated around your center axis, and requires more precise control of the movement.

Did you know you can improve your up-down by squeezing your muscles every time you lift your hips and relaxing them as you go down? 👀🍑 The goal is to give more power and control to the movement while also working both external and internal muscles. Every time you consciously contract your muscles, you activate your glutes and pelvic floor muscles at the same time ✨ This takes practice, but it helps your movement look stronger, cleaner, and more controlled while training muscles your body normally doesn’t activate in everyday life 💪🏼
