Affiliate Bonus/Rewards Structure.

We are working on setting up a creator challenge structure and would love to tap into this community’s brainpower.

If you’ve run a creator/influencer challenge before, or have seen some good examples, I’d love to hear how you structured things—especially around:

Tiers or milestones (e.g. GMV, content volume, engagement). Ex once an affiliate reaches $10K in GMV, or sells 1,000, 5000 units, etc.
Rewards (cash, gifts, bonuses, etc.)
Retainer ranges for ongoing collabs
Any SOPs or frameworks you’re willing to share 🙏
How do you keep your affiliates motivated?
