Senior Software Engineer, Director
Step into a dynamic role where you’ll bridge business needs with technical execution, turning ideas into fully functional web applications. You’ll design and develop custom solutions from concept to delivery, while collaborating with senior leadership on architecture and technical direction. This role offers a balanced 60/40 split between hands-on coding and leadership, giving you the opportunity to stay close to the tech while guiding projects across the full application lifecycle—from development to deployment and ongoing support.
As a team leader, you’ll manage and grow development teams, including coordinating with offshore engineers, while ensuring smooth collaboration across stakeholders. You’ll gather requirements, implement scalable solutions, and mentor junior developers to elevate overall team performance. Your ability to translate business problems into effective technical outcomes will be key to driving success in this position.
To qualify, you should have 5+ years of software development experience, along with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of software design principles, experience delivering custom applications, and familiarity with modern UI frameworks are essential.
