Senior ML Engineer (Agentic AI) - UK

In this role, you’ll design, train, and deploy machine learning models that operate at massive scale—powering billions of real-time ad auction decisions. You’ll own the full ML lifecycle, from feature engineering and training to deployment, monitoring, and retraining, while also building robust MLOps infrastructure on AWS. The work includes integrating LLMs and agentic AI into production workflows, optimizing low-latency systems, and ensuring model reliability through observability, drift detection, and performance monitoring. You’ll collaborate closely with data and backend teams, bridging the gap between experimentation and production-ready systems.
The ideal candidate is an experienced ML engineer with strong Python skills and hands-on experience deploying models in real-world environments. You should be comfortable with MLOps tools, scalable data pipelines, and integrating AI systems into backend services. Beyond technical ability, this role requires clear communication, pragmatic decision-making, and a bias toward building reliable, production-grade systems.
