You'll work with tools such as vulnerability scanners, IT service management platforms, and Microsoft Office while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve security operations. The role also offers the opportunity to develop skills in technical writing, cybersecurity communications, AI-assisted workflows, and enterprise security practices under the guidance of senior analysts.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, technical support, or a related field, along with a solid understanding of vulnerabilities, CVEs, patch management, and risk fundamentals. Experience with platforms like Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, ServiceNow, or Jira is a plus, as are certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CySA+.
