Pick a lane, stick to it, and don't stop working on it until you succeed. Too many people give up just before they were about to win. They don't see the success as quickly as they'd want, so they move onto the next thing and start again. Then repeat this cycle. Instead, pick one lane, become an expert in running that business, and make it your mission to succeed with that business first before you try something else. I tend to use the 2 year rule, go all in for 2 years, then you will have enough data and experience to judge which direction the business is going. if it feels smart to exit, then exit. You've gave it a good shot. Otherwise, stick to it!

This week I've been experimenting with one of my brands to see if they would be able to continue to sell at a decent rate, without the need for social or google ads. This last year I've been playing around with spend to see where the sweet spot is in terms of revenue and profit, and I wanted to see how low we could bring that spend without the revenue dropping. Typically, we would see 20k months, with around a 5-6k a month in ad spend. This week, we've managed to generate just under 5k in revenue ORGANICALLY. This is huge, as I know the brand is in a great position now organically, in terms of Google rankings, and the community we've built. Really pleased with this, and now will be looking to start a new online campaign to target new customers. Anyone else had any wins recently?? 👇
