Do you need money to invest, or can you start a business with zero investment?
One of our members have just asked me this question, so I thought it would be useful to share my answer with the group..
If you don't have any money to invest, but you want to start a business, that's fine. You just need to find a business that would require very little start up costs.
My advice? Think about a service based business, where you're selling your time or skill set, rather than a physical product. This way, you don't need to spend money on anything upfront before you can generate a revenue.
Take advantage of social media and do your own content creation for the marketing.
Now you may be wondering which service based business should you start. That answer is easy - look at where your skills lie, or what you enjoy.
For example, you may be skilled in a sport, or weight lifting - sell your expertise through coaching other people who wish to improve within this sport.
Or look at something you enjoy, you may love animals - offer to walk peoples dogs, or mind their dogs for them whilst they are away.
The biggest key here, is figuring out how to monetize your current skill set, then scale that.
