Pick a lane, stick to it, and don't stop working on it until you succeed.
Too many people give up just before they were about to win.
They don't see the success as quickly as they'd want, so they move onto the next thing and start again. Then repeat this cycle.
Instead, pick one lane, become an expert in running that business, and make it your mission to succeed with that business first before you try something else.
I tend to use the 2 year rule, go all in for 2 years, then you will have enough data and experience to judge which direction the business is going. if it feels smart to exit, then exit. You've gave it a good shot.
Otherwise, stick to it!
