New Members First few weeks
Hello new members @Khadijah Watkins @Jamal Mays @Darion Wade @Darquis Fletcher @Brady Douglas. Im beyond happy to have all of y'all hear for the launch of the cyber range. As you can see we are currently adding to our roster for hiring managers and class content for on-demand. Over the next few weeks you will see more and more days being added to the colander for sessions. In the meantime I want to make sure you are ready for what's to come. So make sure you review the post below about your first month and what y'all should do. Reaching out to people, posting about joining the Cyber range. Picking what path you want to do. Asking me questions etc.... Dont be shy we are all here to help you out. Feel free to reach out to either @Paul Daigle II or @Nigel B as well.

New Members 1st Month Goals
Hello new ECA Cyber Range members! It’s an honor and a blessing to have you as part of what we’re building here. Our mission is to help you advance your cybersecurity career, grow your business or knowledge base, and learn how to invest in and profit from your new success. As new members, you have three monthly goals to hit — and we’ll check in on your progress during our weekly team calls: 1.) Announce your journey: Post on LinkedIn about joining the ECA Cyber Range so others know what you’re working on. Remember — closed mouths don’t get fed! 2.) Define your path: By the end of the month, identify which direction you want to take within cyber or tech — Detection Engineering, Threat Intel, SOC Analysis, etc. — and share it in our internal channels. 3.) Make real progress: Complete at least 4 modules in your chosen track within your first 30 days. Most of you will begin on the Analyst track, but the goal is consistent growth. 4.) Create time for self-improvement: Block dedicated time on your calendar each week to work on your ECA Cyber Range modules and community activities. Treat this like an investment in your future — consistency compounds! Have fun, interact with each other, and ask questions. Welcome to the dark side…

Recording of ECA Cyber Range AMA Monday, July 20, 2026
ECA Cyber Range Members! Though last night's Cyber Range was lightly attended (actually, it was just me) I still recorded a talk about a topic I've not discussed here on the Cyber Range - Servant Leadership. While not so much about Cybersecurity, tech, or anything similar, it has a lot to do with each of us as people who live and work together. I've been a student, worker, and life long follower of Servant Leadership, learning from Zig Zigglar, John Maxwell, and others. So in this session I just took some time to lay some foundational pillars about operating as a Servant Leader. Give it a listen and if you have any questions about that subject matter, post up or direct message me. I'm always happy to help! HEADS UP: I made a formal announcement at the end of last night's session that you will want to pat attention to as well as keep an eye on the calendar about. Starting now and moving forward, we will do these AMA's only once a month/every 4 weeks. My schedule is getting busy (just changed companies and roles) so my availability is shrinking a little. So the next session will be Monday, August 17th! Mark your calendars, set a reminder on your phone, and we will see you on the next AMA session in August!
