Hello, I’m encountering an issue that I’m unsure how to resolve. The mock-up images I’m uploading to Etsy are displaying with a black background instead of a transparent one, which has never happened to me before. I am selecting “transparent” when downloading the mock-ups, so I’m not sure what’s causing it. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you!

For those that have Etsy store in and a Stan or beacon store, do you all keep the pricing the same? For example, I know a lot of people keep prices low on Essie to draw in the customers. Do you all keep the same pricings on your website as well?
