• Y = Objection (What’s Holding Them Back)
This formula is powerful because it addresses your audience’s desires while handling their biggest fears or excuses. When you show them that their goals are achievable despite their challenges, it builds hope, trust, and interest.
Examples You Can Use in Social Media Posts
1. Fitness/Health Business
Dream Result: Losing weight and feeling great.
Objection: “I don’t have time to work out.”
Post Example (Text):

1. Choose a Dream Result (X):
• What does your audience deeply want? (e.g., lose weight, make money, find more time, reduce stress, etc.)
2. Identify the Objection (Y):
• What excuse, fear, or challenge is stopping them? (e.g., no time, no money, tried before, overwhelmed, etc.)
3. Write Your Hook:
• Start with “How You Can [X] Even If/Through [Y].”
4. Share a Solution:
• Briefly explain how it’s possible. Add a personal story or quick tips to build trust.
5. End with a CTA (Call to Action):
• Encourage engagement: “Drop [Keyword] in the comments” or “DM me for details.”
