It’s been a while since I’ve interacted with the group. Have been working the new job & trying to balance everything after work.
I’ve set some boundaries at work as to when I get off in order to make time for the gym & the at home life. It’s been an easy week so far & way less stressful... however, at work, there are numerous occasions where plans & designs change & I find myself in a rut when these situations occur. For instance, a plan changes & instantly stresses me out & causing me to lose focus. I was everywhere at once trying to prioritize matters. Any advice on how to manage sudden changes & what mindset to have when plans change?
The boundaries I set at work, are enabling me to get into the gym more often, but I have a lack of motivation to even go to the gym after work. How can I fix this? Of course after a long day outside, dealing with stress & multiple people (me being an introvert) makes me want to be a lazy P.O.S.
Any advice or examples would be much appreciated. Thanks for reading my rant!
