Tadalafil
Hi Dr Twyman,
I'd be very interested to hear your thoughts on the use of low dose Tadalafil (Cialis) as a tool within preventative cardiology. I've been seeing increasingly more information come out about it's numerous heart and vascular health benefits; including a 17.5 hour increased nitric oxide window, improved vascular flexibility, blood pressure, and more.
Not to be confused with the high dose of Cialis that is commonly taken for ED - curious to hear if you think that low dose use (2.5 or 5mg) would be beneficial for people that are looking to be proactive about their defensive protocols?
As far as I can see, there seem to be barely any adverse (negative) effects for continuous low dose use. However, please correct me if I'm wrong though!
Thank you
