Agreed - really good interview and helpful information as always, Dr T 👏
Tadalafil
Hi Dr Twyman, I'd be very interested to hear your thoughts on the use of low dose Tadalafil (Cialis) as a tool within preventative cardiology. I've been seeing increasingly more information come out about it's numerous heart and vascular health benefits; including a 17.5 hour increased nitric oxide window, improved vascular flexibility, blood pressure, and more. Not to be confused with the high dose of Cialis that is commonly taken for ED - curious to hear if you think that low dose use (2.5 or 5mg) would be beneficial for people that are looking to be proactive about their defensive protocols? As far as I can see, there seem to be barely any adverse (negative) effects for continuous low dose use. However, please correct me if I'm wrong though! Thank you

Thank you Dr! It sounds like it's complimentary - only if the other foundational pieces are done right, first. Great to know.
Calroy Arterosil HP & Nitric Oxide w/ Lipid Medications
Hi Dr Dwyman, I'm wondering if it's still possible to use Nitric Oxide producing supplements and Calroy's Arterosil HP supplement alongside other therapies like Statin, Ezetimibe, Rapatha, etc. The reason I'm asking is that I recently noticed that Grapefruit extract is a part of Calroy's 'proprietary blend'. I recall there being several red flags about grapefruit juice/extracts interacting poorly with various medications, which prompted me to ask. I'd be very interested to know if Calroy's supplement and any other nitric oxide supplements like Arginine, Citruline, and Beets powder are compatible with modern lipid-lowering therapies. Any insights, cautions, or safety-recommendations would be great to hear!
Combination therapies query
Hypothetically, would the combination of high-quality Red Yeast Rice Extract, Rapatha, and Ezetimibe work together synergistically? Also, could Berberine and Bergamot be added to this stack, or would they be unnecessary with the other three in action?
Statins & Valve Calcification
Does the use of Statins also increase the acceleration of valve calcification? I.e., if someone has mild aortic stenosis - would the use of statins speed up it's progression?

@Michael Twyman If someone takes Warfarin, can they no longer take k2 and m7 supplements? There seems to be A LOT of restrictions when someone opts for a mechanical AVR... none of which sound good! No more nitric oxide, vitamin k, the list goes on and on...
