THE ONGOING ROUTINE:
Every week, forever:

Monday: Entrance & Stairs (15 min)

Tuesday: Living Room (15 min)
π
Wednesday: Kitchen (20 min)

Thursday: Bedrooms (15 min)
π
Friday: Bathrooms (15 min)
π
Saturday: Deep Clean (60 min)
π
Sunday: Rest & Meal Plan (15 min)
Total: 2 hours 35 minutes per week
WHAT IF I MISS A DAY?
Life happens.
Don't panic.
Just pick up the next day.
Missed Monday entrance?
Do it Tuesday morning (10 min), then do Tuesday task (15 min).
Total: 25 minutes. Still doable.
Missed an entire week?
Don't try to "catch up."
Just start fresh on Monday with the normal routine.
Your house might be slightly messier, but you're still at baseline.
One week of maintenance missed won't undo 4 weeks of work.
WHAT IF I NEED TO DEEP CLEAN AGAIN?
You probably won't.
IF you maintain this routine weekly.
BUT if you go on holiday for 2 weeks and come back to chaos?
Just do another Week 1 deep reset.
Then back to maintenance.
HOW DO I STAY MOTIVATED?
You don't need motivation.
You have SYSTEMS.
Monday = entrance day. Just do it.
Not because you're motivated.
Because it's Monday. π
WHAT IF FAMILY/KIDS MESS IT UP?
They will.
That's life.
That's WHY you have the daily maintenance routine.
Kids trash the living room?
Tuesday = living room day. You'll reset it then.
Kitchen gets messy after dinner?
Wednesday = kitchen day. You'll deep clean it then.
The routine ACCOUNTS for life happening. π
CAN I MODIFY THE ROUTINE?
YES!
Make it work for YOUR life.
Examples:
- Swap days (Saturday deep clean doesn't work? Do it Friday instead)
- Combine tasks (10 min entrance + 10 min living room = 20 min)
- Shorten tasks (Can only do 10 min instead of 15? Do 10 min)
The STRUCTURE stays the same:
- Daily maintenance (Mon-Fri)
- Weekly deep clean (1 day)
- Rest day (1 day)
But you can adjust the DETAILS to fit your life. πͺ
