one of the coolest physical feats I’ve been able to achieve for myself (in my opinion) is that I’m finally able to get close to one complete rep of a one-arm pull-up on each arm.
How I define one full rep is that my chin can go above the bar from a dead-hang position. Meaning elbows locked.
So I’m not quite there yet, but I know I can get there! I couldn’t have even imagined being able to do this when I was younger, so I’m loving the progress 💪 ❤️
