My Lunch Recharge
I’m having chicken salad with cheese and Romain lettuce. And a bowl of egg whites too soup with cucumbers, dates and some salt and pepper.
Prior to this meal, I had some of my banana a protein cake for after workout quick replenishment. 1-to1 ratio of protein to carb works for me inter ms gaining strength while staying lean.
Even prior to that, I started drinking protein shake with milk mid workout to kick start recovery. It keeps me hydrated as well.
How do you guys recover after a workout or physical activity?
