Coffee Hour 2/10/26
I was informed late yesterday that I have a monthly meeting on the second Tuesday of each month with USA Pickleball Ambassadors. I was recently appointed an Ambassador for my area, so I can't miss my first one! That means I started tonight's coffee hour an hour earlier due to the conflict. Moving forward, I will be hosting the coffee hour an hour earlier on the second Tuesday of each month (it will be noted on the calendar). @Ash Rand still managed to jump on, and I'm sharing the recording with the rest of the community here. I’ve noticed something over the last few days as engagement has been picking up here. The more people talk openly about where they’re stuck, the clearer it becomes that motivation isn’t the issue. Most of us don’t need more inspiration. We need fewer decisions, clearer constraints, and a structure that makes action inevitable. That’s the direction I’ve been heading in my thinking lately. Over the next week, I’m going to be sharing more about a framework I’ve been testing and refining that tackles this exact problem. Not theory. Not mindset fluff. Structure . If you’re open to it, I’d love to know: What’s the one thing you know you should be doing right now… but aren’t? No pressure to explain. Just name it.

When you feel stuck, what does it actually feel like?
I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately, both personally and in conversations I keep having. When you’re not moving on something you know matters… does it really feel like laziness? Or does it feel more like standing in front of too many open doors, not knowing which one to walk through first? For me, the second one shows up far more often than I want to admit. Curious how this lands for you. What does “stuck” feel like in your body or your head right now? No fixing. No advice. Just awareness.
