Stop Negotiating With Yourself
Today's quote from the book:
“You already know what you need to do.”
Doing What You Know, Chapter 10, p. 167
Most people don’t stay stuck because they lack information. They stay stuck because they keep negotiating with themselves instead of acting.
They delay the workout.Delay the conversation.Delay the decision.Delay the first step.
Not because they don’t know what to do, but because action usually requires discomfort.
At some point, growth becomes less about learning something new and more about finally acting on what you already know.
The longer you wait, the heavier the decision feels.
Movement changes that.
