Make the Decision
Today's quote from the book:
“Make action a lifestyle, not an event.”
Doing What You Know, Chapter 11, p. 184
A lot of people rely on occasional bursts of motivation to change their lives. They wait for the perfect Monday, the perfect mood, or the perfect moment to suddenly become consistent.
That approach rarely lasts.
Real transformation usually happens when action becomes part of your identity instead of something you visit occasionally. The people who make lasting progress are not always the most motivated people. They’re the people who keep moving even on ordinary days when nothing feels exciting.
Consistency compounds.
Small repeated actions shape habits.Habits shape character.Character shapes your future.
You do not need one massive breakthrough moment to change your life.
You need repeated action over time.
