🎯 Activity Does Not Equal Progress
As entrepreneurs, it's easy to stay busy.
Answering emails.
Updating your website.
Tweaking your logo.
Organizing files.
Working on the "next big thing."
The problem?
Being busy doesn't always move the business forward.
I've seen business owners spend weeks perfecting something that ultimately had little impact on revenue, profit, or customer experience.
Meanwhile, the real issue—getting more leads, improving sales, or serving customers better—remains untouched.
💡 A simple question I ask myself:
"Will this directly improve revenue, profit, cash flow, or customer experience?"
If the answer is no, it may not be the highest priority.
The goal isn't to do more.
The goal is to do what matters most.
