Hey team !! I have been planning way's to ensure people not only have the best time in the system... but also how to ensure we get the best RESULTS!
Which is the route reason of being in the system right?
If we can take you to a 8/10 to a 10/10 we are speeding up the process of you getting a result and if we speed up the process, you are happier and more confident! When you are happier and more confident that make's me happy, see the knock on effect!!
Here's some tactics I have implemented which I have been trialling and seen some really good results, so when you see these come through make sure to absolutely get involved !!
Then lastly this has also come off the back of some sturggles and people asking quality questions which allowed me to help them through but also action some changes.
So... when you drop me a message, about how the day went and sharing your wins, make sure to share you learning points too!!
