Hiring 2 Phone Appointment Setters!
ASA Empire is hiring 2 additional Phone appointment setters for our client. (1 US setter and 1 UK setter)
Company: Marketing Agency for Roofing businesses in the UK
Location: Remote
Offer: 2-3K/M Offer, Get prequalified appointments to roofing and siding businesses in the UK
Target Audience: roofing and siding/mansory businesses
KPIs and performance:
150-200 calls a day
3% booking rate (every 100 calls at least 3 appts booked)
Working hours and timezone:
US and UK time zones
5-6 hours/day
Language: English (US, UK, Irish Accent) - Non-negotiable
Tools, Resources, Dialers, Leads: All provided
Compensation Structures:
• Agents Compensation: $35 per show up + $150 for every closed deal + $500 base salary (after 4 weeks of consistent KPIs being hit)
After ramp up and a period of at least 30-60 days of good periods, compensation structure is renegotiable with the client after consistent results.
Also this position has room to transition into closing after at least 3-6 months of being a performing Setter.
