Sweet potato harvest!
My first time growing sweet potatoes and couldn’t be happier with the results!
Anyone have tips for curing? Given it’s 100 degrees where I’m at for the next few weeks? I read any that are damage (i.e. nicked with my shovel or broken) can’t be cured. Is that correct?
