Begins on 5/18! Divorce is a traumatic event. Most people feel like they just have to "get through it" to start the healing process but what if you could heal in real-time? This 5 day course introduces you to the somatic and emotional process of healing both during and after the process of divorce. We will start with a virtual group breathwork session on day 1 and then transition into daily video topics and discussion boards in the community. I can't wait to start this journey with you!
